製品の特徴
高い蒸発効率により、最小限の時間遅延で保持時間を短縮できます。
ショートパス蒸留は耐食性に優れた3.3高ホウケイ酸ガラスとPTFEで作られています。
ショートパス蒸留の本体は 3.3 高ホウケイ酸ガラスでできており、プロセス全体を非常にはっきりと観察できます。
高精度の蒸留バレルにより、液体は加熱された表面上に完全かつ均一な薄膜を形成します。 滑らかな内面により、スティックやスカリンを回避できます。
自己冷却ファンを備えた周波数変換減速モーター、長時間の連続動作。
磁力伝達により、成膜システムをモーターから分離することができ、蒸留バレルの上部シールには駆動ロッドが通っていません。システム全体で完全なシールが行われます。 最低真空圧力は0.1Paまでです。
システムの最高温度は230℃/300℃に達し、正確な温度制御が実現できます。
成膜装置はスクレーパーモデルとセルフクリーニングローラーモデルを用意しています。
